Megan Gately has worked at museums and historical societies for 20 years through local and national history education organizations, boards and publications, striving to inspire, and be inspired, by the next generation of leaders through active participation in communities and democracy.

Currently at the Reagan Foundation, she is developing immersive and gamified experiences that integrate role play, mechanics and primary resources into critical thinking and decision-making activities where the stakes are high and the students lead.
